St Saviours is one of 18 Grade I Listed medieval churches cared for by the Norwich Historic Churches Trust and is now home to the Lighthouse - an education centre working with young people. Much of the fabric dates from the 15th century with restorations that took place in the 19th. This church is likely the place where the Archbishop of Canterbury, Matthew Parker (1504-1575), was christened.
