All Heritage Open Days events are FREE for everyone! Due to limited capacity, some events must be pre-booked. Many events are already fully booked, although there are still talks and guided walks with places available. As well as the pre-booked events, there are almost 200 drop-in events to enjoy too!
Thousands of brochures are now making their way across the county to libraries, participating venues, museums, local businesses, The Forum in Norwich, and more. But if you can't wait, you can download a web version here.
We've made it easy for you to plan your festival experience this year, from city to countryside to coast; discover some wonderful events that are happening across the county. Will you discover maritime traditions in North Norfolk, or grand country estates in Breckland?
There are hundreds of events part of this year's Norfolk HODs programme.
Explore what's on in Norfolk this September, from free entry to your favourite museums, to special exhibitions, to exploring behind the scenes of incredible locations. There's so much to discover!
Norfolk Heritage Open Days is coordinated by The Forum Trust, a registered charity. By donating, you're helping us to continue to deliver Norfolk Heritage Open Days in the future - so everybody can enjoy free events celebrating the history of our county. Thank you for your support.
We want to ensure our events are accessible to as many visitors as possible. If you have tickets you cannot use, please let us know in as much time as possible by emailing [email protected] or contact the organiser if you booked directly with them.
