  • No, all of the tickets are free. However, if you would like to make a donation to help cover the cost of coordinating Norfolk HODs, and the cost of our Box Office system, you can do so here: https://norfolkhods.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/products/donation

  • Unfortunately we cannot operate a waiting list. We recommend checking the website for other drop-in events.

  • As the Norfolk HODs events are free, there is very high demand for tickets. Most of the Norfolk HODs events are managed by volunteers, which is why there are a limited number of events and places. Remember there are plenty of drop in events too!

  • To cope with the extraordinary demand, and allow as many people as possible to enjoy Norfolk HODs as possible, we limit tickets to two per person.

  • We want to ensure our events are accessible to as many visitors as possible. If you’re allocated tickets you cannot use, please let us know by emailing [email protected] or contact the organiser if you booked directly with them.

Cancellations

Occasionally, events may be cancelled at short notice due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control. In the event of cancellation of pre-book events, every endeavour will be made to contact ticket holders. We regret that we may not be able to offer an alternative for cancelled events.
