• When do HODs bookings open?

  Bookings for pre-book events opens Monday 21 August at 10am.

• Do I need to book tickets for HODs events?

  Some of the events are drop-in, and some events must be pre-booked.

  Tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis, due to limited capacity. Tickets are limited to 2 per booker for each event.

  Pre-book ticket bookings open Monday 22 August at 10am.

• How can I book HODs tickets?

  Most tickets can be booked online via norfolkhods.ticketsolve.com You can create an account or continue as a guest to book tickets. Please note you will have 20 minutes to complete your booking.

  In some cases you will be required to book directly with the venue online, by phone or by email.

  Please check individual event listings for details. Meeting points and venue addresses will be confirmed with your booking.

  
  

• Can I book tickets with The Forum office?

  Tickets are not available in person, by telephone, post or email with The Forum office.

• Do I need to pay for HODs tickets?

  No, all of the tickets are free. However, if you would like to make a donation to help cover the cost of coordinating Norfolk HODs, and the cost of our Box Office system, you can do so here: https://norfolkhods.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/products/donation

• What if an event is fully booked?

  Unfortunately we cannot operate a waiting list. We recommend checking the website for other drop-in events.

• Why do HODs tickets sell out so quickly?

  As the Norfolk HODs events are free, there is very high demand for tickets. Most of the Norfolk HODs events are managed by volunteers, which is why there are a limited number of events and places. Remember there are plenty of drop in events too!

• Why do you limit HODs tickets to two per person?

  To cope with the extraordinary demand, and allow as many people as possible to enjoy Norfolk HODs as possible, we limit tickets to two per person.

• What if I can no longer use tickets for an event?

  We want to ensure our events are accessible to as many visitors as possible. If you’re allocated tickets you cannot use, please let us know by emailing [email protected] or contact the organiser if you booked directly with them.
