England’s largest festival of history and culture, Heritage Open Days (HODs), is back 6-15 September and we are delighted to bring you the 2024 Norfolk programme.
Lots of HODs events are drop-in and you can just turn up on the day, there’s always plenty to enjoy and experience. The brochure clearly outlines which events you'll need to book in advance.
Our brochures are making their way across the county and will soon be widely available at various locations across Norfolk, including Norfolk libraries and Tourist Information Centres. They're also available from The Forum in Norwich, and you can even download a digital version below, so you can get browsing right away!
A big thank you to our Print Sponsor, Hollinger Print.
HODs wouldn’t be possible without the enormous support, enthusiasm and participation of our visitors. We’d love to hear your stories, see your photos and watch your videos – please tag us!
Please note that new events can be submitted right up until the 8 August 2024, meaning not all Norfolk HODs events for 2024 will be included in the brochure. Please visit the What's On for the full listings and most up-to-date information.
We print over 25,000 copies of this brochure, which costs us £10,000 to design, produce and distribute.
If you'd like to support Norfolk Heritage Open Days and help us continue to produce this brochure and deliver free heritage events for everyone for future festivals, please consider making a small donation.
